Donated Dental Services (DDS) is a statewide organization dedicated to meeting the oral health needs of disabled, elderly, or medically compromised Arkansans who cannot afford needed treatment. From July 1997 to May 2005, over $680,000.00 in dental treatment has been donated by participating Arkansas volunteer dentists and dental laboratories!

In order to qualify, you must be:

  • Arkansas resident
  • Disabled, elderly or medically compromised and unable to afford comprehensive dental treatment
  • Have severe dental need. DDS does not referred for routine services such as cleanings, check ups, and other routine care.

To see if you qualify, call 1-800-932-8247. You can receive an application by mail, or you may print a DDS application from this website.

Our volunteer dentists will see referred applicants for a consultation and decide whether they can provide the specific treatment needed. The coordinator will contact Dental laboratories as requested by the dentist, to provide donated prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.

Volunteer dentists and laboratories receive engraved plaques in appreciation of their support.
